TIMELINE

Each saddle is hand made by our master saddlers in England. We take great pride in the effort and workmanship that is placed in each unique saddle. The timeline for your saddle is approximately

12 weeks

This can be subject to change due to circumstances outside of our control including but not limited to - backorder of specific items needed within the order, logistics, customs/brokerage etc.

If there is a notification of delay within your order, you will be promptly notified by the contact information you have provided on file.

COMMITMENT

We ask for a 50% downpayment on all saddle orders at the time of order. This downpayment places your saddle into production and verifies your commitment to your order.

REVISIONS TO ORDER

Changes to the order during the production process could result in an extension of timeline for delivery and revises within the invoice reflecting changes.

WARRANTY

THE SEVENTEEN SADDLE WARRANTY COVERS THE ORIGINAL PURCHASER OF THE SADDLE.

ALL PARTS OF WARRANTY ARE COVERED UNDER THE CONDITIONS OF NORMAL USE OF EQUIPMENT INCLUDING:

  • PROPER HANDLING

  • MINDFUL CARE/CLEANING

  • REGULAR SERVICING OF SADDLE

All leather and workmanship is covered for 1 YEAR

Leather is a natural product with inherent strength and weaknesses. All leather is chosen from the top tanneries that are closely inspected. Stringent quality control is of upmost importance. However, even with these strict protocols in place flaws within the leather could happen.

It is strongly recommended that your new saddle is looked after with the Seventeen Saddle Co. Leather Care. Any forms of concerns regarding wear and tear of leather please submit directly to info@seventeensaddle.com to be assessed by a team member at Seventeen Saddle Co Inc.

ALL STAINLESS STEEL PARTS ARE COVERED FOR 5 YEARS

  • Gullet plate

  • Spring-steel

  • Stirrup bars

THE SADDLE TREE IS COVERED FOR LIFE

  • The saddle has to be regularly serviced every 4 months to ensure the saddle sits correct on the horses back. As an ill-fitting saddle will twist/damage the saddle tree.

SEVENTEEN SADDLE CO INC. or an authorized representative (call 1 705 818 3338 or Visit www.seventeensaddle.com) under the direction of SEVENTEEN SADDLE CO INC., must complete all necessary repair, fittings and/or warranty work on SEVENTEEN SADDLE CO INC. manufactured products, otherwise ALL guarantees and warranties are null and void.

The obligation of SEVENTEEN SADDLE CO INC. under its warranty is limited to the repair or replacement of any saddle components or, at the sole discretion of SEVENTEEN SADDLE CO INC, the entire saddle.

Under no circumstances will SEVENTEEN SADDLE CO INC. be liable for any consequential loss, cost, damage or injury arising from the use of any saddle sold.

 

You are responsible for keeping the saddle in good condition and checking the saddle’s integrity carefully each time before use. The saddle should not be used if damaged or worn.We provide a our clients with full service including repairs and maintenance.

DELIVERY -

Products will not be shipped out until payment has been received in full. If saddle is being delivered by a representative, payment can be taken at the time of delivery. If client is unable to make it to the fitting and will be scheduling a third party to attend the fitting (coach/friend) invoice will be required to be paid in full before saddle has been delivered and fitted.

LOCATION -

Stirling Hill Farm, Schomberg ON

*If location changes, please confirm as soon as possible as delivery date could be affected.

FITTING -

At the time of delivery the custom saddle will be fitted to specified horse. Please have the following:

  • Horse in the cross-ties *clean and ready to ride!

  • Boots/Bandages on horses legs that are required for working in the arena

  • Saddle pad , Girth & Bridle easily in reach

  • Rider dressed with boots on and any equipment needed within reach to help make our appointment time as efficient as possible!

The initial fitting of the saddle is COMPLEMENTARY as we would like to thank you for being such a loyal client of Seventeen Saddle Co Inc.

*We strongly suggest to stay within a proactive fitting schedule which is every 4 months.
